How will my order be packaged?
 
All our items come ready in organza gift bags with the exception of larger items which come in boxes. We do not included printed invoices with your order so they are suitable to have sent straight to your friend or loved one when bought as a gift.
 
How do I place an order on Lucktrader.com?
 
Ordering online couldn’t be easier. Just add items to your cart by using the ‘add to cart’ button and your chosen items will be saved in your shopping cart  for you to purchase when ready.
 
How can I pay for my order online?
 
You can pay for your order by Credit or Debit Card via Paypal, by Paypal Account, by Cheque/Postal Order or by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS). Unfortunately we can only accept payments from outside of the United Kingdom by Credit/Debit card via Paypal or Paypal account.
 
We does Luck Trader only accept Credit/Debit Card payments through Paypal?
 
We only use Paypal as our payment gateway as we believe this is by far the safest way for you to pay for items online. When we receive your Paypal payment we do not receive any of your Payment details, this is dealt with by Paypal's secure servers. You also enjoy the benefits of their security and buyer protection policies.
 
Do you need a Paypal account to pay by Credit/Debit card through Paypal?
 
No, you do not need a Paypal account to pay using your credit or debit card through Paypal. Having a Paypal account is optional.
 
Can I return my item(s)?
 
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Luck Trader you can return them to us in the same condition you received them in and we will refund you the item cost once received.
 
Do you deliver to my country?
 
Luck Trader delivers to customers all over the world. If you can’t see your country in our Delivery options please email us at info@lucktrader.com for instructions on how to order.
 
When will you send out my order?
 
Luck Trader is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We guarantee dispatch on the next business day at the latest. If your order is received before Midday we also guarantee same day dispatch. Your order may still be dispatched the same day if your order is received after Midday depending on the volume of orders we have received that day.
 
When will my order arrive?
 
Most of our customers are pleasantly surprised how quickly our items arrive. However as a guideline, orders within the United Kingdom are sent First Class and take 1-2 days to arrive. We use Royal Mail Airmail to send out international orders and delivery time can often depend on your countries customs department. However as a guideline, orders to Western Europe takes 3-4 days, Eastern Europe 4 days, USA 5-7 days, Canada 5-7 days, Australia & New Zealand 5-7 days, the Rest of the World 5-7 days. Please allow for extra time during the busy Christmas period.
 
Are your Lucky Charms really Lucky?
 
We can’t guarantee you good luck when buying our lucky charms, however what we can say is that we receive emails from customers every day telling us about how they believe their luck has changed since they got their lucky charm.... how they got the job they wanted, passed the driving test, did well in their exams, won on the lottery or bingo or in other ways. Everyone at Luck Trader personally believe in our Lucky Charms and we all carry them around with us or wear them every single day, including all our families! Yes! We ONLY sell Real Pressed Four Leaf Clovers from the only clover plant that can produce lucky four leaf clovers, the white clover plant (Trifolium Repens).
